This Order validates the rates of natural loss of weight of foodstuffs in the sphere of internal trade and public catering in the process of transportation and storage of foodstuffs, related to meat and meat-based products, poultry products, fish products, dairy products, flour, bread and bakery products, cereals and grains, and confectionary products.
