The Minister orders to issue authorization for import of commodities subject to the national veterinary inspection on condition of transfer a national state veterinary inspector to the exporting country for the assessment of epizootic situation, inspection of produce and place of origin. Import shall be authorized only in the presence of the veterinary and sanitary certificate of the exporting country.
