This Order establishes that Baikal basin management institution for protection, stock enhancement and fishery management (BAIKALRYBVOD) shall be territorial (basin) branch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food responsible for fishery management and protection of aquatic biological resources (freshwater fishes, aquatic animals and aquatic plants).
