The Acting President of the Federal Fisheries Committee for the purpose of ensuring functioning of salmon fish farming enterprises in Sakhalin region orders to allot to the aforesaid enterprises two-kilometre pre-estuary areas of the basic rivers and channels granting them the right to install sweep-nets in the salmon fishing seasons.
