This Order establishes the modalities of collection of environmental fees for emissions of pollutants forming in the process of burning at flare devices and (or) dispersion of associated gas. Fees shall be calculated by the user of subsoil depending upon integral or factual burning indices in accordance with the calculation formula 1. In case of the absence of registration of the emitted volumes of associated gas complying with requirements set forth by the Ministry of Energy, an additional 120
