This Order establishes the modalities of registration of surface waterbodies and groundwater sources used by natural and legal persons for decentralized potable and public water supply. It establishes limit of 50 cubic metres daily for decentralized potable and public water supply. The aforesaid water supply shall not be subject to licensing and the registration shall be carried out by local self-government.
