This Decree-Law amends the Regulation on the Protection System Fund to combat Climatic Changes (SIPAC). and establishes the updating concerning the amounts issued by such Fund. The Regulation consists of 4 chapters establishing: areas and plant species involved in the aforementioned Protection System Fund (Chap. 1); Disaster Fund (2); Compensation (3); Final provisions (4).
