This Order establishes the criteria in order to determine the value and use of certain cultivations (VCU) such as: cotton, rice, potato, bean, corn, soya bean, sorghum and wheat. It consists of 5 articles and annexes establishing that since 1 January 1999 only may be authorized the trade of certified and registered plant species.
