This Order repeals Order No. 445/88, 8 July, establishing rules and criteria for the obtention of license permits for the construction and exploitation of PCH. It is composed of 44 articles and III Annexes.I) Request for previous information; II) Techno – Economic viability studies; III) General provisions for the presentation of projects and sudies.
