This Order amends the Permanent Forestry Fund (FFP), created by Decree-Law No. 63/2004. Amended articles: 3-5 and 7-26 of the Regulation of the Permanent Forestry Fund (approved by Order No. 113/2011) deal with administrative adn legal proceedings as well as competence, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Forestry Fund, aiming at creating financial mechanisms for enabling sustainable forestry sector.
