This Order establishes sward-fish Total Allowable Catch for the fishing season 2000-2001. It consists of 3 articles specifying the T.A.C. (763 t.) regarding sward-fish species (Xiphias gladius) to be caught within the Atlantic Ocean and divided as follows: for fishing vessels registered in Continental areas = 504 t; for Autonomous Region of Azores = 236 t; for Autonomous Region of Madeira = 23 t.
