This Order modifies paragraph 3 of the Statute on territorial (local) branches of the State Committee for Environmental Protection, validated by the Order of the State Committee on Ecology No.345 of 1997, by excluding any reference to ecological expertise. The deputy president of the State Committee for Environmental Protection is entitled to supervise the application of this Order.
