Order No. 30/2000 regulating vessel construction authorization.

This Order regulates vessel construction authorization. It consists of 24 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied for vessel construction (including: licensing, vessel change authorization, navigation certificate, etc.). The General Direction of the Sea and Harbour (DGMP) shall be the competent authority for issuing the authorizations.
