This Regulation determines the modalities of the organization and carrying out state inspection of activity causing active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes on the territory of the Russian Federation and is compulsory for specialized institutions and other organizations irrespectively of their organizational and legal status that are authorized to carry out activity causing active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes.
