The Order applies to the subsidy scheme which is created to grant financial support to create new jobs in rural areas. Administrative powers of the Rural Development Act are carried out by agreement betwen the Minister of City, Residential and Rural Areas and the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries.
