This Order amends Order No. 828-A/2008 on the Sustainable Development of fishing areas under the priority Axe n. 4 of the Operational Fisheries Programme 2007-2013 (PROMAR). Amendments deal with administrative and legal procedures as well as requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from such financing measures.
