The Minister, for the purpose of conservation of crayfish, with the consideration that the Fisheries Regulations prohibit catching of crayfish for the period from 15 October to 15 July, orders to release crayfish caught in the process of industrial fisheries live and undamaged into water bodies. In the prohibited fishing period shall be prohibited the use of any trap such as wing net, hoop net etc.
