This Order specifies technical procedures for the Environmental Impact Assessment studies (EIA). It implements Decree-Law No. 69/2000 on the EIA legal regime for significant effects of certain public and private activities on the environment; consists of 6 articles and 6 annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to draw-up EIA technical procedures for performing environmental activities (in Annexes).
