This Order establishes that industrial fisheries except for internal fisheries in waterbodies (ponds) of business entities shall be subject to issuance of license in accordance with application (contained in the Annex 1) and submittal of the requested list of documentation (contained in the Annex 2). Industrial fisheries shall be performed in compliance with licensing terms and conditions with the utilization of the authorized fishing gear, fishing methods, technical and technological equipment
