This Order regulates underwater fishing with commercial purpose. It consists of 9 articles concerning the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain a licence for performing the aforementioned activity. It specifies methods and sanitary tests not to be carried out by underwater fishermen. It also lists sanctions to be paid by offenders (including licence suspension).
