This Order establishes the State administration of the Taganrog fishing sea port under the Federal Fisheries Agency. The main tasks of the Administration shall be the administration of harbour facilities and overall navigational safety, including compliance with international agreements, conventions and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation governing navigation and fisheries.
