President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of distribution among fishing vessels of the common form of Summary register for registration of the operations with waste water, garbage and other hazardous substances, orders to validate the form of Summary Register. The Regulation consists of 3 Chapters and contains 4 Annexes. Chapter 1 is a preface. Chapter 2 gives terms and definitions. Chapter 3 contains directions as regards keeping Summary Register.
