Order No. 368 on establishing production organizations and associations in the dairy sector.

The Order applies to the recognition of production organizations and associations dealing with milk and milk products. These production organizations shall need authorization and approval from the Danish Agri-Fish Agency in order to trade their products. Regulations of this Order shall adhere to EU rules.
