This Order establishes that Federal State Agency "Central Base for aerial forest protection "Avialesookhrana" shall carry out the following activities: (a) aerial protection of forests and other natural landscapes against forest fires; (b) aerial survey and mapping; and (c) aerial supervision over sanitary state and forest fire risks of forests. The aforesaid activities shall be carried out by means of aircraft patrol.
