This Order amends the Regulation of the Support Regime to Fishing Ports, Landing Sites and other related places approved by Order No. 719-A/2008 of 31 July. Amendments specify that prosecutors referred in paragraph b) of article 2 demonstrate the existence of financial means to ensure the respective contribution.
