This Order amends articles 5, 6 and 11; annexes I and II of Order No. 1102-H/2000 regulating gillnet fishing. The amended articles and annexes concern maximum mesh size to be used within western coasts (between 60 mm and 79 mm); off 20 nautical miles from baselines fishing activity only is allowed by bottom trammel nets with mesh equal or exceeding 220 mm.; within 20 nautical miles depending on the fishing area (from 80 mm to 99 mm and equal or exceeding 100 mm).
