The Minister orders to validate the list of tariffs. The document contains the list of wildlife species that are classified as mammals and birds. This Order establishes tariffs for each single species. It regulates the amount of fines on the basis of such unit of measure as minimum monthly salary. The damage is calculated independently of the sex or age of the species game shot or otherwise annihilated.
