In adherence to EU regulations adopted pursuant article 207 on the import and export of Treaty on the Functioning of the Eu, and the Council measures adopted pursuant articles 75 and 215 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU, this Order applies to the payment of application fees - EUR 100 000 or more related to food or agricultural purposes - and requests for technical assessment of equipment and technology in the oil/gas and the petrochemical industry in Iran, as listed in Annex VI and VIA
