The Order makes amendments to Order No. 70 by inserting regulations with regard to the submission of subsidy declarations and the commitment to these pledges, which may include areas located within a 2 meters’ buffer along streams and lakes, in accordance to article 69 of the Watercourse Act. Submission of statements shall be on a special form available through the Danish AgriFish Agency's website (article 1, section 1).
