Order No. 40 establishig restrictions for fishing activity to be performed within the lake of 'Bom Socorro'.

This Order establishes restrictions and season for fishing activity to be performed within the lake of 'Bom Socorro' (located between Pixuna and Canto Galo, in the Municipality of Curuá in the State of Pará). Fishing activity shall be allowed only: yeary from January to June, with the use of canoe, with fishing line or fishing rod. This Order does not apply for scientific fishing authorized by IBAMA. Sanctions for illegal activity shall be regulated by Decree No. 3.179 of 21 September 1999.
