This Order sets forth the procedure and terms and conditions for competitive selection (tender) of agricultural service cooperatives eligible to financial support out of state budget in accordance with the procedure for using the funds provided for in the state budget to support agricultural servicing cooperatives. The purpose of competitive selection shall be to determine the list of agricultural servicing cooperatives eligible for financial support at the expense of funds provided in the state
