This Order is composed of four articles. It defines the trespassing of the property from the Angolan Institute of Industry and Fisheries (IIPA) and from the Fund for Angolan Fishing Industries Support (FAIPA) to the Ministry for Fisheries and Environment. Moreover it gives to the Fund in Support for Development of Fishing Industry (FADEPA) the competence to manage the aforesaid property, including the available funds.
