This Order prohibits certain fishing gear within estuary areas of the State of São Paulo. It specifies the prohibition of use: motor-powered trawl fishing net, trammel net with minimum mesh not exceedin 70mm, hand cast net (with mesh not exceeding 50mm for fish and 26mm for shrimp fishing), fish spear.
