Order No. 43 on environmentally-related subsidies.

The Order makes amendments to Order No. 590 by inserting regulations with regard to the submission of subsidy declarations which may include areas located within a 2 meters’ buffer along streams and lakes, and that they must be received by the Danish AgriFish Agency no later than application deadline of 2013. Submission of statements shall be on a special form available through the Danish AgriFish Agency's website (article 1, section 1).
