This Order establishes the modalities for state monitoring of subsoil, which shall be an integral part of complex environmental monitoring. The main tasks of state monitoring of subsoil shall be: (a) collection of data and information on subsoil; (b) assessment of the state of subsoil and forecasting changes thereof; (c) registration of the stock of groundwater; (d) prevention of negative geological impacts; and (e) providing state bodies, organizations and subsoil managers with information rega
