This Order repeals Order No. 569/90, 19 July regarding Non Oceanic internal waters fishing regulation of the Rio Tejo. It regards the possibility of trensfering fishing licenses to the direct heir/s if involved in the same activity. Holders of special license will loose this benefit unless the ship is upgraded in safety terms.
