This Order establishes administrative procedures for new vine cultivation rights destined to wine production. It consists of 17 articles and 1 Annex regulating the issuing of the aforementioned rights to oenological practise to be performed between 2002-2003, in compliance with EC Council Regulation No. 1493/99 of 17 May. Requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from these rights are specified in the text.
