This Order establishes the modalities of assessment and classification of stock and resources of oil and combustible gas in subsoil separately by type and deposit. Assessment and classification shall be performed in accordance with the outcome of geological exploration of subsoil. Stock of oil and combustible gas shall be classified according to the following categories: (a) under mining; (b) explored; and (c) assessed.
