This Order approves the technical regulations relative to the production of horticultural seeds. It is composed of 6 chapters listing relevant plant species and the requirements to be satisfied in order to carry out such activity, such as: authorized productions; controls on agricultural lands and crops; certification, etc. Tables concerning all relevant plant species requirements are attached to the text. This Order also prescribes seed packaging and labelling requirements, specifying the quant
