This Order regulates the management of radioactive waste at nuclear plants, sources of radiation and storage facilities of radioactive waste. Operating organizations responsible for the management, disposal, treatment, storage or transportation of radioactive waste must detail their quality assurance schemes, which shall cover: (a) purpose of quality control; (b) quality control documentation; (c) inspection of equipment; and (d) supervision over operational processes.
