Order No. 50 of the Federal Forest Service validating the Regulation on fees for extraction of standing timber.

This Order establishes that fees for timber extraction of standing timber shall be applicable to main use felling and other types of felling of forest stock, except for forests previously owned by agricultural organizations. In case of timber extraction by means of intermediate felling, including thinning and sanitary felling, fees shall be reduced by 50 percent and for other types of intermediate felling fees shall be reduced by 30 percent.
