The purpose of environmental protection control shall be to assess negative environmental impact caused by enterprises, and to prevent and eliminate the infringement of environmental legislation. This Order shall be applicable to all nature managers. Ordinary and extraordinary inspections shall be carried out in-house environmental protection body together with the territorial branch of the authorized environmental institution. In case of excessive emissions of pollutants and ecological disaster
