This Order regulates the animal objects, establishes hunting rules by species, and validates the list of hunting gear. Authorizations for artisanal and sport hunting shall be granted exclusively to persons in possession of a hunting licence. Hunting shall be permitted only in specially designated territories (except for migratory birds) – in cases established by law. The quantity of animals that may be hunted shall be defined by the terms of the licence. The Ministry of Environmental Protection
