The Minister, for the purpose of the improvement of the management in the sphere of elite and industrial seed-growing of cereals, leguminous plants, crucifers, flax, grasses, potatoes and other agricultural crops, production of seeds and more efficient functioning of seed-growing enterprises, orders to set up the National Union “BELSEMENA”. The main tasks of the National Union “BELSEMENA” shall be the organization of production, procurement and trade of seeds, the introduction of new seed specie
