The present Regulation shall be compulsory for pedigree and commodity poultry enterprises and incubation poultry enterprises. The formation of parent flock shall be carried out from one source-pedigree poultry farm that is free of infectious poultry disease by means of purchase of incubation eggs or day-old chicks that shall be grown on farm apart from the market flock.
