This Order approves the implementing Regulation for Measure No.2 (“Transformation and Commercialisation of Agricultural Products”) of the Programme on Agriculture and Rural Development. The implementing Regulation, composed of 20 articles and five Annexes, defines the general objectives of the Measure, the admitted investments, the beneficiaries, the projects to be prepared, the possible support measures and the priority actions.
