This Order amends Order No. 1080/2000 regulating the financial assistance for fishing vessel immobilization or for other assignment in a third country (Programme MARE). Amended articles (1, 6 and 9 and annex I) specify new requirements and incentive calculations granted for the retirement of fishing vessels in compliance with the MARE - Programme for the Sustainable Development of Fishing Sector.
