This Order amends Order No. 1086/2000 regulating the financial assistance for fishing vessel definitive immobilization or scrapping (Programme MARE). It establishes new parameters of calculation in order to grant incentives for the retirement of fishing vessels, in compliance with the MARE - Programme for the Sustainable Development of Fishing Sector.
