This Order amends Order No. 1072/2000 regulating the financial assistance for equipment modernization of harbours to be used for fishing activity (Programme MARE). The amendments of articles: 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 13 and 17 and annex III concern the conditions to be satisfied in order to benefit from these incentives in compliance with the MARE - Programme for the Sustainable Development of Fishing Sector.
