This Order amends Order No. 1083/2000 approving the Regulation on financial assistance for aquaculture activity (Programme MARE). The amendments to articles 1, 5, 8 and 9 concern conditions to be satisfied in order to benefit from incentives for the improvement, construction and modernization of aquaculture infrastructures, equipments and technology, in compliance with the MARE - Programme for the Sustainable Development of Fishing Sector.
